Garam masala Whole
Garnet Garam Masala is a type of Indian spice blend that is used in many Indian dishes. Garam Masala literally means “hot spice blend” and it typically contains a mixture of spices like cinnamon, cloves, cumin, coriander, cardamom, and black pepper.
Garnet Garam Masala, in particular, is known for its deep red color and slightly sweeter flavor compared to traditional garam masala blends. The reddish color comes from the addition of a spice called ‘Kashmiri red chili powder’ which is mild in heat but imparts a deep red hue.
Garnet Garam Masala is often used in Indian dishes like chicken tikka masala, chana masala, and butter chicken, as well as vegetarian dishes like saag paneer and lentil soup. It is typically added towards the end of the cooking process to preserve the fragrance and flavor of the spices.
